Also in 2023 the BLT proudly supports its Young Scientists to attend International Meetings

  4 June 2023

As BLT wishes to continue promoting the participation of young scientists to international scientific meetings, also this year travel grants were supplied to 5 BLT members.

Travel grants are oriented towards our younger members (not being 41 years or older in the year the congress takes place) that have been a BLT member in good standing for at least one year. An individual can only receive a travel grant award once.

This year’s grants were awarded to:
Cathelijne Lyphout (Ghent University Hospital), for her participation to EAPCCT2023 in Palma de Mallorca.
Liesl Heughebaert (Laboratory of Toxicology, UGent), to participate to IATDMCT2023 in Oslo.
Maarten Degreef (Belgian Early Warning System, Sciensano), to participate to TIAFT2023 in Rome.
Marie Deventer (Laboratory of Toxicology, UGent), to participate to NPS2023 in Abu Dhabi.
Natan Van Wichelen (Toxicological Centre, University of Antwerp), to participate to TIAFT2023 in Rome.
